We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Vibe Way. Located behind the Grand Hotel on the hill, the hostel offers a peaceful atmosphere and even has a vegetable garden on-site. The kitchen and fridge were convenient for those who wanted to cook, and the terrace with chairs and a hammock provided a perfect place to relax. Husham, our main point of contact, was always available to answer questions and ensure our stay in Nuwara Eliya was enjoyable. He organized a memorable trip for us to Horton Plains, where we climbed Kirigalpottha, a stunning off-the-beaten-path route. The shared facilities were well-maintained, and Husham even made tea and coffee in the morning. The comfortable beds and thick blankets were much appreciated in the cooler climate, and the value for money was excellent. Plus, the hot showers were a welcome treat.

The guys running the place were super cool and helped us plan our adventures like pros. They hooked us up with an awesome tour of the tea plantations and waterfall. Plus, they had this sick tour desk where we could book all our activities, and the free WiFi was clutch for uploading dope pics to Insta.

Yo, the only thing we would've asked for was a lit party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hostel was dope, but a bit more fun for young party animals like us would've made it off the chain.

The only thing missing for us party-loving youngsters was a vibrant nightlife scene nearby. We were hoping for some rad clubs or bars to dance the night away, but unfortunately, it was more of a chill-out vibe in Nuwara Eliya.

Great location with beautiful views of the lake. Only a short walk to the city center, restaurants, and shops. The hostel was clean and the breakfast provided was good. The owners were friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for places to eat and arranging tours and transportation for a reasonable price. They even accommodated an early breakfast for me to catch my train.

The hostel was hard to find, so make sure to clarify the address with the host beforehand. The bedrooms could benefit from having smaller lamps beside the beds to avoid disturbing other guests.
